Dr. Abdulkarim combines strong scientific knowledge with hands-on experience in poultry care. He focuses on preventive health, early disease detection, biosecurity, nutritional evaluation, and effective vaccination planning. His attention to the daily details of flock management consistently improves bird comfort, health, and productivity.
As a manager, he oversees farm operations with discipline, humility, and precision. He works closely with the team, building clear routines, promoting best practices, and ensuring that high standards of animal welfare and responsible farming are maintained.
Dr. Abdulkarim is also known for his respectful and loyal compliance with his Director’s directives. His professionalism, obedience to leadership, and commitment to the farm’s vision ensure smooth coordination and dependable execution.
In his leadership style, he balances fairness with firm accountability. He treats his workers with respect, recognizes and rewards hard work, and maintains a sharp “eagle-eye” approach to ensure tasks are done correctly. While he supports and guides his team, he also addresses negligence or indolence promptly to keep standards consistently high.
Whether he’s checking flocks at dawn or analyzing data late in the day, Dr. Abdulkarim approaches every task with purpose and genuine care for both the birds and the people who look after them.

Adamu Tilde is the Founder and Managing Director of Yettore Farms Ltd, a growing livestock enterprise in northern Nigeria specializing in egg production, broiler meat, and cattle fattening. He holds a PhD in Animal Science, bringing scientific depth and practical experience to the farm’s operations.
He leads Yettore Farms with a clear vision: to build a modern, scalable agribusiness that supports food security, creates jobs, and contributes to economic growth in the region. His work reflects a commitment to innovation, community impact, and sustainable livestock production.
